Hydraulic Bending Press Brakes

Hydraulic Press Brakes are designed and developed through years of experience in Sheet Metal Working Machineries. Hydraulic Press Brakes are developed by keeping latest technology in mind. Both cylinders are mounted at back side of press Brake and are synchronised for parallism between ram and table, by providing mechanical links connected with cylinder. The heavy duty steel construction frame is so designed to absorb heavy shocks of overload. All welding edges are properly machined for best weld joints. The electric control panel is fixed on side wall at convenient place for easy reach of operator. It includes push button pendant and foot switch. Standard "V" Block and "V" Punch and manual operated back gauge system which is front operated are supplied as standard accessories. Hydraulic components are of reputed make like Vickers, Rexroth, Dowty, Yuken, Polyhydron, etc.

Standard  Accessories :

Electric motor, Control panel with selection of INCH - ONCE-AUTO Mode of operation, Foot switch fine stroke adjustment rod with limit switches, Manual back gauge, Standard V -Block & punch, Lubrication system, Instruction manual.

Optional Accessories:
Goose neck punch & other tooling (Drawing required), Electronic stoke counter, NC operated back gauge.

Press Brake selection guidelines:
The basic factors to be considered while selecting a press brake, or calculating the correct setting for operation are :

Parameters Unit
Plate Thickness (t) mm
Ultimate Tensile Strength of Plate (S) Kg / mm2
Bending Length (L) mm
"Vee" Die Opening (V) mm
Minimum Internal Radius (R) mm
Minimum Flange (H) mm
Bending correction Factor (K) 1.3
Required Tonnage (P) M.Tonnes

The force required for air bending can be calculated from the following formula :
Load, P=K.L.S.t2/1000V Metric Tonnes
The bending chart given on the next page covers all major bending applications for plates of 45 Kg/mm2 ultimate tensile strength.

The figures given by the chart refer to 1 metre length so they must be multiplied by the total ptate length to obtain the final required force in Metrics Tonnes.
