STEEL BODY WITH PNEUMATIC CLUTCH, ELECTRICALS AND ITS FITTINGS

SPECIAL FEATURES :

  • The front-to back shaft gap frame press has been developed for the general stamping and forging industry which require very high rigid presses.
  • Heavy ribbing welded to the frame insures optimum rigidity into he longitudinal (left- to-right) direction of the press. Further, the main shaft is supported at three bearing points to eliminate cantilever action. The closeness of the bearings to each other also imparts sturdiness to the shaft.
  • Combination type of friction clutch & brake unit eliminates overlapping of torque, gives fast action and reduces lining wear to the minimum.
  • All the drive components are housed which in the frame structure itself to ensure better excess to the working area and geater operational safety.
